On February 13, 2025, Health and Happiness Group (H&H Group) employees had the opportunity to participate in a dynamic and engaging Employee Engagement session facilitated by B Lab Singapore. The event took place in person at the H&H Group office in Singapore, with employees from across the region joining virtually from Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, and Vietnam.

The session was led by the B Lab SG team, including Cecilia Hough and Doug Peris, in collaboration with Yetty Or from B Lab Hong Kong. The virtual format allowed employees from various countries to connect and participate in the session, creating an inclusive and engaging experience for all.
The session was officially opened by H&H Group's CEO for ANZ (Australia & New Zealand) and Asia, plus Rotating Group CEO, Mr. Nick Mann. In his opening remarks, Mr. Mann emphasized the hard work and dedication shown by the team in achieving the coveted group-wide certification in 2024, highlighting the importance of this milestone and the ongoing commitment to sustainable and responsible business practices.
Following Mr. Mann’s inspiring message, employees were introduced to B Lab’s vision and purpose, along with an overview of B Lab Singapore and B Lab Hong Kong. This was followed by a presentation from Emeline Sauteraud, who led the B Corp certification efforts. Emeline shared valuable insights into the certification journey, including the focus areas for improvement as H & H Group works towards recertification.
One of the highlights of the session was the fun and competitive quiz segment, where participants had the chance to test their knowledge and compete in a lighthearted way, fostering team spirit and engagement.

For the Singapore-based team, a B Corp display table was set up, offering employees an opportunity to learn more and further engage with the certification process. The display provided an informative and interactive space for employees to explore B Lab’s mission, vision, and certification criteria.
The Employee Engagement session concluded with a renewed sense of enthusiasm and commitment to the group’s mission of continuous improvement and social responsibility.
